Description

You will manage production system operations, automation, and incident resolution to meet service agreements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain automation solutions using open-source and in-house tools.
• Develop automated provisioning for infrastructure components.
• Analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and application deployment issues.
• Collaborate with monitoring teams to define support requirements and models.
• Identify process gaps and implement workflow improvements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in systems administration and IT operations.
• Expert knowledge of CI management tools such as Jenkins.
• Strong understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) principles.
• Proficiency with version control software like Git.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Ansible, Apache, and Maven.
• Working knowledge of public cloud services including AWS and Azure.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Preferred Skills

• Intermediate MS PowerPoint skills for presentations.
