Responsibilities

• Mentor developers in Python to improve coding standards and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and implement performance optimization for Python applications.
• Evaluate technical alternatives, architecture practices, and package selection.
• Develop automated testing scripts using Selenium.
• Automate deployment and workflows using Unix shell scripting.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development or technical leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Python with Django or Flask.
• Strong understanding of API design and database integration.
• Experience implementing testing frameworks using Selenium.
• Proficiency with Git for version control.
• Working knowledge of Unix shell scripting for automation.
• Solid grasp of web development principles.

Preferred Skills

• Python Institute Certification (PCAP).
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate.
