Description

Own infrastructure reliability, incident resolution, and automation for production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting for high-impact production incidents and conduct detailed root cause analysis.
• Build and maintain automation scripts and infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure services are designed for scalability and resilience.
• Optimize monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Mentor junior SREs and act as an escalation point during major incidents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or systems administration.
• Strong proficiency in Linux/Unix administration and scripting with Python, Bash, or Go.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record managing complex infrastructure and optimizing system performance.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in high-scale environments.
