Description

You will maintain and support a multi-region active environment processing several hundred transactions per second.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full product lifecycle.
• Automate Level 1 tasks and implement auto-remediation workflows.
• Manage observability pipelines to maintain system health and ensure high availability.
• Operate within agile-based practices to support end-to-end SRE functions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in Java and Python for software development.
• Deep expertise in observability tools including CloudWatch, Splunk, AppDynamics, and Grafana.
• Experience managing multi-region active environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation and auto-remediation.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• DevOps experience using Ansible.
• Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform.
