Description

Maintain and improve the reliability, availability, and performance of cloud-based SaaS infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and automate AWS infrastructure using Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code.
• Develop and deploy REST/JSON web services using TypeScript and Node.js.
• Define KPIs to monitor Error Budgets and implement response mechanisms for threshold breaches.
• Troubleshoot complex OS, networking, and database issues during live production incidents.
• Maintain deployment and orchestration for servers, Docker containers, and backend infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software application development and engineering.
• 2+ years of dedicated Site Reliability Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with REST/JSON web services.
• 1+ years of experience working with AWS services.
• Scripting proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or CodePipeline.
• Experience with configuration management and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent combination of experience.
