Description

You will manage system reliability and monitoring infrastructure within an Azure environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prevent incidents by configuring proactive and reactive alerts for system symptoms.
• Build system health and end-user monitoring dashboards using native and third-party tools.
• Coordinate with Azure cloud platform, DevOps, and IT security teams to streamline operations.
• Integrate alerts with notification engines to streamline incident response workflows.
• Provide monitoring data insights to delivery teams to improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with APM tools including Dynatrace SaaS.
• Proficiency with Mezmo (LogDNA) and Azure native monitoring tools.
• Experience using GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Actions.
• Ability to build automation scripts for CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience managing deployments and incidents.
• Background in building effective monitoring systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working across enterprise monitoring and security toolsets.
