Description

Own the operational health of production services through automation, observability, and incident response.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain observability frameworks tracking the Four Golden Signals (latency, traffic, errors, saturation).
• Monitor SLIs and SLOs to manage error budgets and ensure service reliability.
• Automate manual tasks and reduce toil using scripting, programming, or AI tools.
• Troubleshoot production issues across infrastructure and application code, implementing durable solutions.
• Support production changes via automated pipelines and participate in on-call incident response.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, or software engineering with a focus on system stability.
• Proficiency in at least one language: C#, .NET, Java, Python, or React.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure as code.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitLab or Jenkins.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows environments.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience contributing to blameless postmortems and root cause analysis.
