Description

You will manage large-scale systems under high load and lead on-call teams to improve site reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-call teams and refine processes to enhance overall system reliability.
• Manage and monitor incidents and crises to ensure continuous system stability.
• Build, enhance, and maintain runbooks through cross-functional collaboration.
• Automate manual operational processes to increase efficiency.
• Support SRE and engineering teams with day-to-day technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in engineering or operations.
• 5+ years of experience in incident and crisis management.
• 3+ years of experience monitoring systems with tools like Grafana and New Relic.
• Proficiency in Python or Go.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with Prometheus and Grafana for observability.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in high-load environments.
• Ability to assist with critical situations outside of normal business hours.
