Description

You will own the reliability, deployment, and operation of production services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, support, and monitor new and existing services, platforms, and application stacks.
• Automate operational tasks using configuration management and scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents across service stacks.
• Maintain and improve observability through monitoring tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in production environments.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash Scripts, Go, and object-oriented programming.
• Experience developing and interacting with REST APIs.
• Expertise with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Extensive knowledge of Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Familiarity with AWS concepts and Kubernetes.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or SALT.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of Linux administration and production support.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GIT version control.
