You will own the reliability of application workflows by building and maintaining resilient systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement proactive solutions to detect and resolve issues before they impact users.
• Build monitoring and alerting systems using Splunk, ServiceNow, xMatters, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
• Assess current monitoring capabilities and collaborate across application components to ensure timely alerting.
• Explore and implement self-healing agents to automate production support tasks.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in .NET development, debugging, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools: Splunk, Dynatrace, and AppDynamics.
• Strong database troubleshooting skills in SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience creating, deploying, and managing intelligent agents using Agentic AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, PowerShell, SQL, and Python.
• Solid understanding of SRE principles including reliability, scalability, and observability.
• Experience with DevOps tools including Jenkins, Git, and Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience supporting healthcare clients and familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
