Description

You will own the design and maintenance of production systems to maximize reliability and drive operational excellence.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade dashboards for observability and operational insights.
• Implement intelligent alerting systems across multiple platforms to proactively identify and mitigate issues.
• Define, implement, and continuously evolve SRE practices, procedures, and runbooks.
• Develop and roll out CI/CD frameworks across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Build, deploy, and manage DevOps pipelines on AWS, Azure, and GCP.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in a relevant engineering role.
• Strong developer background with the ability to understand application-layer behavior.
• End-to-end understanding of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Expertise in cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Proficiency with observability tools including Splunk, ELK, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience implementing CI/CD Frameworks using tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Ability to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions.
• Familiarity with Dynatrace for tracing and monitoring.
