Drive SRE practices and architectural solutions to improve platform maturity and application reliability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze platform maturity to identify capability gaps and draft automation opportunities.
• Roll out SRE practices and implement OKRs aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with dev, platform, and engineering teams to finalize cloud migration and monitoring strategies.
• Coach application and dev teams on SRE rollout and CI/CD integration.
• Establish governance, quality gates, and guard rails to ensure execution meets expectations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or SRE.
• Hands-on development and administration on Azure.
• Hands-on development and administration on AWS.
• Hands-on development and administration on Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with IBM Cloud.
• Implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud Foundry.
• Experience with Bluemix and Heroku.
• Any Graduate degree.
