Description

You will manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters on Google Cloud Platform.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and maintain GKE clusters and containerized applications.
• Configure Kubernetes security using network policies, RBAC, and IAM.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, and Stackdriver.
• Automate deployment and scaling using Helm, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage GCP networking, storage, and resolve cluster issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Google Cloud Administrator.
• Deep expertise in GKE, containerization, and orchestration.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for infrastructure automation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Shell scripting.
• Experience managing GCP networking, DNS, and Load Balancers.
• Knowledge of IAM, RBAC, and Kubernetes security policies.
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery strategies for GKE.

Preferred Skills

• Implementation experience with Azure or AWS.
