Description

You will manage service reliability and product engineering support to improve quality and time-to-market.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and escalations, providing leadership and clear communication during resolution.
• Identify issues and implement solutions following ITSM standards.
• Analyze metrics to identify support needs and drive cross-functional process improvements across the service life cycle.
• Participate in the Major Incident process, including post-incident reviews and implementing learned improvements.
• Balance feature development speed with reliability through well-defined service level objectives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and supporting cloud applications.
• Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure.
• Understanding of distributed application systems, including networking, security, CI/CD, telemetry, and APIs.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical business leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in software engineering or a related discipline.
