You will maintain the reliability and operational health of critical systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy application, service, and infrastructure releases with comprehensive documentation.
• Maintain 99.999% availability through active monitoring and rapid incident response.
• Implement monitoring policies, build dashboards, and track system efficiency metrics.
• Manage resource scaling and optimize system performance and utilization.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams to develop bug fixes and deepen expertise in system architecture.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of DevOps or SRE experience in large, complex environments.
• Expertise in AWS services (EKS, S3, DocumentDB) and Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong background in software development (OOP) with the ability to read and debug code.
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized microservices deployments.
• Proficiency with GitLab or similar CI/CD tools for pipeline management.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Datadog or Splunk.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Exposure to relational (SQL) and NoSQL databases.
