Description

You will own the stability and operations of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and SaaS Enterprise Products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and stability of cloud environments following established best practices.
• Drive incident resolution and identify remediation points for software reliability.
• Implement, monitor, and refresh supported applications, including disaster recovery tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional engineering experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Linux administration and scripting.
• Working knowledge of core AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, DynamoDB) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Java programming and Python development.
• Experience with relational databases: MySQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of networking systems, protocols, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
• Working knowledge of Git/Bitbucket version control.
• Familiarity with ITIL standards and ServiceNow.
