Description

You will manage ITSM/ITIL processes, resolve technical incidents, and automate infrastructure operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Operate ITIL workflows for Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Lead war rooms during critical incidents and provide advanced L2/L3 support.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive Problem ticket resolution.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address service issues.
• Develop Python scripts and automation for server and application build/deploy pipelines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of ITSM management, specifically Incident and Service Request handling.
• 3+ years of L2/L3 operations support for applications.
• Hands-on experience with Python, scripting, and automation tools.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow and ITIL frameworks.
• Experience implementing comprehensive service monitoring solutions.
• Working knowledge of Cloud Computing principles.
• Practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience driving root cause analysis and quality improvement in problem management.
