Maintain reliable, scalable, and secure production environments while automating operational tasks and optimizing system performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain reliable, scalable, and secure production environments.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions, and track SLIs/SLOs with error budget practices.
• Automate operational tasks to reduce manual effort and optimize system availability and capacity.
• Perform troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production incidents using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and incident documentation in Confluence and support disaster recovery standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability, DevOps, or Platform Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals (DNS, TCP/IP, Load Balancing, Firewalls).
• Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proficiency in scripting/programming: Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or Java.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana or Power BI.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident, change, and problem workflows.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Claude Code, Jellyfish, GitHub Copilot).
• Exposure to large-scale or production-grade systems.
