Description

You will manage production environments, focusing on observability, automated deployments, and system reliability using Python and GCP services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor system health using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD processes to ensure consistent software delivery.
• Configure alerting mechanisms and incident response workflows via Opsgenie.
• Support operations and system reliability through Python scripting and automation.
• Administer and troubleshoot Healthrules Payor (HRP) environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or operations roles.
• Direct experience with Healthrules Payor (HRP).
• Proficiency in GCP services: GCS, GKE, BigQuery, Spanner, Composer, Cloud Logging, and Compute.
• Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
• Experience managing incidents and alerts using Opsgenie.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD processes.
• Strong understanding of scheduling tools and alerting mechanisms.
• Proficiency in Python and general scripting for automation.
• Degree in any graduate field.
