Description

You will manage system reliability, incident response, and infrastructure automation.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response and participate in on-call rotations.
• Execute disaster recovery planning using AWS Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
• Optimize system performance and implement testing techniques.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab CI, Jenkins, Bitbucket, or Azure DevOps.
• Drive capacity planning and SLA management tasks independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience specifically in a Site Reliability Engineer role.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Proficiency with AWS cloud technologies.
• Experience with Datadog or similar monitoring tools.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
• Solid understanding of change management processes.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation.

Preferred Skills

• Mentor team members on DevOps best practices and automation.
• Ability to drive tasks to completion without direct instruction.
