Description

You will own the operational health and reliability of production and non-production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive monitoring and health management across all environments.
• Conduct root-cause analysis for complex system issues and document corrective actions.
• Plan and execute standard installations, upgrades, configurations, and maintenance activities.
• Develop and configure tooling for system monitoring, focusing on automation.
• Liaise with development and support teams to manage escalations and coordinate changes.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience with PowerShell and/or Python.
• Proficiency using the command line (Bash) for diagnostics and tooling.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration, including configuration and security.
• Experience integrating and employing APIs within business processes.
• Familiarity deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Microsoft Azure.
• Any Graduate education level.
• Minimum 5+ years of working experience.
