You will ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and infrastructure to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and support scalable systems.
• Develop automation scripts and operational tools using Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Manage containerized environments and implement Infrastructure as Code practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Site Reliability Engineering practices.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code concepts.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools such as ELK Stack, Kibana, Splunk, Application Insights, and Grafana.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, scalability, and reliability engineering concepts.
• Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
