Description

You will manage team technical direction, resolve service-level issues, and ensure smooth operations across production and development systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert for team decisions and technical direction.
• Manage team performance and contribute to key technical decisions.
• Provide technical solutions for immediate and cross-functional issues.
• Configure services on various platforms and implement technology at the OS level.
• Perform L1 and L2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network areas.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proficiency in system maintenance and support.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems and network areas.
• Experience providing hardware and software support for production and development systems.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at basic and intermediate levels.
• Experience working within defined operating models and processes.
• Full-time education requirement of 15 years.
