Design and manage cloud infrastructure and services that meet enterprise-grade SLA standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer escalations and prevent recurrence by creating processes, procedures, and automations.
• Monitor, diagnose, and resolve urgent production issues during off-normal hours.
• Write, augment, and maintain comprehensive production documentation.
• Develop scalable monitoring systems for expanding global infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in cloud infrastructure management.
• Proficiency with automation tools for infrastructure deployment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Conceptual knowledge of theories, principles, and practices within the discipline and industry.
