Description

You will own core reliability and automation tasks for our infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and create CUJ, SLO, SLI, and Error Budgeting based on NFR.
• Design and implement automated workflows to reduce toil.
• Manage infrastructure definition using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Integrate ITSM processes into operational workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, PowerShell, and Ansible.
• Solid knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with Docker Images.
• Proficiency with version control systems like Git and GitHub.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes.
