Description

You will provide production support for a blockchain platform in a DevOps-style environment.

Responsibilities

• Automate production support functions to sustain the production environment.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for weekend and off-hours support.
• Perform maintenance activities over the weekend.
• Communicate technical issues and solutions to users and external clients.

Required Skills

• 7-8 years of overall professional experience.
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification is required.
• At least 2 years of recent experience working with AWS (EC2, EKS, RDS).
• Proficiency in Unix, Linux, and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Python or Go.
• Working knowledge of MySQL or Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins.
• Understanding of NFS, LAN, and TCP/IP.
• Experience using Datadog and Grafana for monitoring.
