You will maintain system stability and scale infrastructure through automation and proactive monitoring.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain tools to automate repetitive tasks, deployment processes, and incident responses.
• Participate in on-call rotations to investigate, resolve, and conduct post-mortems for system outages.
• Establish monitoring and alerting systems to identify potential issues and ensure timely notifications.
• Monitor system performance to identify bottlenecks and plan for capacity and future growth.
• Conduct mock drills and chaos engineering to improve system resiliency and stability.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in site reliability or infrastructure roles.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Splunk Cloud and Thousand Eyes.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Software development experience with Python or Java.
• Understanding of networking principles and protocols.
