Description

You will manage platform stability and application deployments in a production environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve incidents triggered by Operation Command Center, Enterprise Monitoring, OMNIBUS, and Splunk alerts.
• Deploy application artifacts to production environments during approved release windows.
• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis for high-severity incidents to fix underlying issues.
• Execute traffic routing to support infrastructure maintenance and manage change tickets with CAB approvals.
• Configure application artifacts and support new customer onboarding, including testing file processing and report delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in L2 support roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and Maven.
• Proficiency in Unix Shell Scripting and SQL.
• Experience troubleshooting with Splunk and Dynatrace logs.
• Knowledge of PCF and AWS Cloud environments.
• Practical experience with ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Ability to coordinate with development teams to resolve deployment issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OMNIBUS alerting systems.
• Background in functional query validation and work order management.
