Description

Lead reliability and automation efforts across cloud and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Automate infrastructure and workflows using scripting and programming languages.
• Administer DevOps tooling including ServiceNow, Harness, Jira, Bamboo, and Atlassian products.
• Implement logging and monitoring solutions by incorporating frameworks and instrumentation into C# code.
• Manage containerized applications across Windows and Linux environments.
• Drive technology change programs and evolve engineering practices through multi-disciplinary teams.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of IT industry experience.
• Experience with DevOps, SRE, and Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, or PCF).
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Strong automation skills using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Expertise in monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ThousandEyes, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Experience administering ServiceNow, Harness, Jira, Bamboo, and Atlassian products.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; or equivalent progressive experience.

Preferred Skills

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, and support roles.
• 6+ years of experience in automation using Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with Windows and Linux containers, specifically Windows.
