Description

Lead the operational health and reliability of large-scale distributed software applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage production environments by monitoring availability and maintaining a holistic view of system health.
• Build software and systems to automate platform infrastructure and application management.
• Configure Dynatrace anomaly thresholds, alerting, and integrations with notification channels.
• Integrate monitoring, logging, and observability data to create comprehensive operational dashboards.
• Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing, release procedures, and capacity planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or systems engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Dynatrace, including API usage and troubleshooting application issues.
• Experience creating and using Dynatrace extensions for customized monitoring.
• Ability to program using Python or Shell Scripting.
• Proficiency in structured and object-oriented programming.
• Experience gathering and analyzing OS and application metrics for performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Previous success in technical engineering roles.
• Coding experience beyond simple scripting.
