Description

You will own the operational reliability and health of production and non-production environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead proactive monitoring and health management for all environments.
• Own incident response, including triage, stabilisation, root-cause analysis, and post-incident review.
• Plan and execute installations, upgrades, migrations, and system maintenance activities.
• Develop and support tooling for monitoring, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Maintain observability components (alerts, dashboards, runbooks) to improve detection and recovery times.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python.
• Working knowledge of Bash for diagnostics and tooling.
• Microsoft Azure deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of Windows Server administration.
• Experience integrating and configuring APIs.
• Familiarity with AI principles for system efficiency improvement.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent Azure certification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IIS Web Server and SQL Server querying.
• Familiarity with DataDog, Networking, or ITIL Framework.
