Description

You will own the reliability and scalability of backend services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain highly reliable and scalable backend services.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures to avoid system outages.
• Optimize application code and infrastructure to improve efficiency and reduce server space usage.
• Lead and support migration of infrastructure from on-prem environments to AWS.
• Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and incident response readiness.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend development and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud migration strategies.
• Proven expertise in observability and monitoring tools, especially AppDynamics.
• Strong understanding of system performance tuning, scalability, and reliability engineering principles.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering and Backend Development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive risk management mindset.

• Any Graduate education.
