Lead 24/7 production support and incident resolution for critical security applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive major incident coordination and resolution as senior L2 support.
• Monitor systems using observability tools to proactively prevent outages.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term reliability improvements.
• Define and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base for efficient response.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous service improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Support.
• Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, authentication, and SIEM solutions.
• Experience with product support and product engineering principles.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for advanced troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Proven track record in root cause analysis and incident management.
• Experience defining and improving operational runbooks and SOPs.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and mentoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with compliance and audit standards in production environments.
• Background in security application support.
