Description

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of experience supporting large distributed systems, along with hands-on expertise in AWS (especially EKS), Kubernetes, Datadog, cloud infrastructure, and production operations. Strong automation and development skills are required, including experience with Python, Ansible, Node.js, JavaScript, Jenkins, and Groovy. The role also requires on-call incident management experience, knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform, and experience implementing observability solutions using tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, or OpenTelemetry. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams are essential.

Must Have:

• Datadog
• Kubernetes
• AWS (EKS) and Azure (AKS); would prefer AWS
• On-call experience running incidents
• Development background: Ansible, Python, Node, JavaScript, Jenkins, Groovy
