Description

You will own the reliability and automation of our infrastructure and services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated systems for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
• Manage service reliability by optimizing capacity and performance through planning.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement CI/CD and define SLOs/SLAs.
• Support incident response and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Develop tools and scripts to automate repetitive operational tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience with Terraform automation.
• 5+ years experience with Containers, Kubernetes, and Helm Charts.
• 5+ years knowledge of MongoDB, Kafka, and Postgres.
• Demonstrated mindset prioritizing automation over manual steps.
• Strong command of English communications.
• Experience with CI/CD practices.

Preferred Skills

• Golang knowledge.
• Proficiency in Groovy or Python for tooling.
