Description

You will own the engineering and operational health of supported systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maximize system availability and performance by automating operational tasks and developing tools.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and on-premise capabilities within a Linux environment.
• Implement observability solutions, including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting to measure product reliability.
• Participate in the on-call rotation, providing dependable support during agreed hours.
• Identify and prioritize technical debt that affects client satisfaction or operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in Site Reliability or related engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Python for automation and tooling.
• Experience with ServiceNow administration or development.
• Strong capabilities in software development and Linux environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow platform features.
• Proven ability to respond appropriately during technical emergencies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in Financial Services.

• Product Management experience.
• Technical Documentation skills.
