You will balance IT operations with software development to improve system reliability and prevent architectural dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents by performing deep-dive troubleshooting to identify root causes.
• Develop custom tools to automate maintenance tasks and improve the IT development toolchain.
• Collaborate with product owners to balance feature delivery with technical debt and reliability requirements.
• Influence squad architecture to remove dependencies and mitigate operational risk.
• Monitor system health through observability to proactively address potential issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and experience digging through complex issues.
• Experience with the IT development toolchain.
• Ability to work autonomously on operational and development tasks.
• Strong critical thinking skills regarding tool development and automation.
• Any Graduate degree.
