Description

You will maintain and improve the availability and performance of supported systems through automation and optimized operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Automate operational tasks and develop tools to maximize system performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow issues and Linux on-premise capabilities to implement lasting improvements.
• Implement observability solutions including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting.
• Identify and prioritize technical debt affecting operational efficiency or client satisfaction.
• Participate in a global on-call rotation to respond to technical emergencies and outages.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• ServiceNow administration or development experience.
• Software development skills in Python or other programming languages.
• Proficiency with SQL and APIs.
• Experience with web infrastructure and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work within a Linux environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for technical documentation and collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced ServiceNow administration or development expertise.
