Description

You will own the operational stability and reliability of production systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 application support for production systems, investigating and resolving incidents and defects.
• Manage incidents and problems using ticketing systems, performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Support application releases and deployments, participating in change management and validating fixes.
• Monitor logs, alerts, and batch jobs, and build automation scripts to improve support efficiency.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams, communicating status updates during major incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in application or production support.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix or Windows environments.
• Experience with SQL and databases including DB2, SQL Server, and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics.
• Familiarity with API troubleshooting and detailed log analysis.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management).
• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
