Description

You will bridge software engineering and systems administration to ensure platform reliability and performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response workflows to reduce manual effort.
• Design instrumentation and identify KPIs and metrics to proactively monitor system health.
• Respond to and resolve incidents exceeding L1/L2 thresholds, working with L3 teams to minimize downtime.
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform or Ansible to enable scalable, repeatable deployments.
• Collaborate with architecture, development, and QA teams to improve foundational stack components and automation.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Harness, or Spinnaker.
• Solid understanding of networking and system administration principles.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills for translating technical details to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
