Description

You will improve the resiliency, scalability, and automation of NextGen File Transfer (NGFT) services.

Responsibilities

• Improve system resiliency and scalability for file transfer services.
• Automate manual processes to increase operational efficiency and reduce toil.
• Drive cultural changes focused on proactive ownership and system maintenance.
• Collaborate across SDLC and ITSM lifecycles to meet team objectives.
• Apply attention to detail in monitoring and observability using Dynatrace and Splunk.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in reliability or systems engineering.
• Java and Spring Boot development.
• Maven and Bitbucket for code management.
• Postgres and Redis database management.
• Amazon S3 (Ceph) storage experience.
• Experience with ITSM and SDLC workflows.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Chef, and HashiCorp Vault.
• Familiarity with X509, SSH, PGP, and AES encryption.
• Exposure to PCF, XLR, Jenkins, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale file transfer architectures.
