Description

You will maintain platform health, performance, and reliability across on-premise and Azure hybrid environments.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize Red Hat OpenShift clusters, including routing, operators, and platform services.
• Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-incident remediation to ensure long-term stability.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows for engineering teams.
• Manage observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Datadog to ensure full platform visibility.
• Develop automation scripts in Python, Bash, or PowerShell to reduce manual intervention.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Site Reliability Engineering, Platform Engineering, or DevOps experience.
• Strong experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes container platforms.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with observability tools: Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Knowledge of messaging platforms (AMQ, Kafka, or Redis).
• Familiarity with HashiCorp Vault or similar secrets management tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated or highly audited environments.
