You will design and implement automated systems to ensure infrastructure and application availability, reliability, and scalability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting systems to track performance and system health.
• Design and implement SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and burn rate alerts.
• Develop automation tools to reduce manual toil and streamline repetitive operational tasks.
• Collaborate with development, support, and operations teams to troubleshoot complex problems and embed reliability best practices.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and drive team alignment on technical solutions and standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or infrastructure engineering.
• Proven experience designing and implementing SLIs and SLOs.
• Ability to build monitoring and alerting frameworks for systems and networks.
• Experience with infrastructure automation and reducing operational toil.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for complex, multi-functional system issues.
• Ability to mentor cross-functional teams on SRE principles.
• Experience driving team alignment and accountability for technical policies.
