Description

You will own performance engineering, observability, and infrastructure optimization to ensure system reliability and scalability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage observability through logging, traces, and metrics to monitor system health.
• Conduct capacity planning and scalability assessments to support growth.
• Optimize AWS and Azure public cloud infrastructure and tuning.
• Perform profiling and analysis of thread dumps and memory dumps.
• Execute war gaming exercises on applications and platforms to test resilience.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in site reliability or performance engineering.
• Expertise in JMeter for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with AppDynamics (RUM & APM).
• Proficiency with Jenkins and Concourse for CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with ELK stack, Grafana, and AWS Cloudwatch.
• Working knowledge of SDET principles and web page performance analytics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using K6 or Locust for load testing.
• Knowledge of service and data virtualization.
