Description

You will own the administration, deployment, and operational support of IBM FileNet 5.x environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute FileNet upgrades, project deployments, and production support activities.
• Manage content mass updates via FileNet APIs and perform Sweep operations for content migration.
• Identify and remediate FileNet vulnerabilities and manage integration with storage grid technologies.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting tools including Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with IBM FileNet 5.x (development, configuration, and operations).
• Proficiency with FileNet APIs for content mass updates and vulnerability remediation.
• Experience with FileNet Sweep for content migration and storage device integration.
• Working knowledge of monitoring tools: Splunk, AppDynamics, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Strong CLI proficiency for administration and troubleshooting.
• 5+ years of experience in an SRE or operational support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in regulated or high-availability enterprise environments.
• Scripting or automation experience.
