Site Reliability Engineer

You will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of enterprise integration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and improve integration service reliability across environments.
• Manage and troubleshoot middleware platforms including MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Tibco.
• Implement automation for deployment, monitoring, and incident response.
• Collaborate with development teams to design resilient integration architectures.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and drive permanent fixes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as an Integration Services SRE.
• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Tibco.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, specifically Shell and Python.
• Experience with APIs and Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Experience using DevOps tools like Jenkins and Git.
• Knowledge of incident management, monitoring, and capacity planning.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with API security and governance.
