You will build and maintain a sustainable platform by developing systems to analyze environments, predict issues, and support production workloads.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Automate system administration tasks and self-remediation processes using Python or Shell.
• Implement and manage monitoring and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain tools for continuous delivery automation and infrastructure integration.
• Perform system administration across Linux (CentOS/RHEL) and Windows Server environments.

Required Skills

• 5 to 8 years of production support experience.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server administration.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Working knowledge of DevOps tools including Jenkins, TeamCity, and Git.
• Experience with application performance monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Ability to use ServiceNow and Jira for cross-functional collaboration.
• Background in maintaining Java applications.

Preferred Skills

• Master's Degree in a technical field.
