Description

You will manage and scale cloud infrastructure and distributed microservices environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain microservices-based applications and distributed systems.
• Provision and manage cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Implement monitoring and observability stacks to collect metrics, set alerts, and troubleshoot issues.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines, provisioning, scaling, and configuration management tasks.
• Develop high-availability and disaster recovery strategies for critical SaaS applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• 3+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, Go, or Node.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes (preferably GKE) and container orchestration.
• Expertise in Docker and containerization technologies.
• Proficiency with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools.
• Experience with monitoring tools including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Cortex, VictoriaMetrics, or Google Stackdriver.
• Strong networking and security knowledge, including VPC setup, firewall rules, and IAM.
• Database administration experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd.
• Knowledge of GitOps principles and tools such as ArgoCD.
• Certifications including CKA, Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
