Description

You will own the reliability, deployment, and maintenance of EKS on AWS, ensuring high availability and performance of cloud-native workloads.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, upgrade, and monitor EKS clusters on AWS.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
• Manage Linux servers and AWS compute services (EC2, FSX, Managed AD, Route 53).
• Resolve performance bottlenecks and identify areas for system improvement.
• Execute Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes using ServiceNow.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability or DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon EKS and AWS services (EC2, FSX, Managed AD, Route 53).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Bash, PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform.
• Strong experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and Git-based version control.
• Operational knowledge of Linux, Active Directory, LDAP, DNS, and Network Storage.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
