Description

You will support the full stack of Public Cloud, Private Cloud, and hosted web-based applications as a generalist.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and stability of environments following established procedures and best practices.
• Drive incidents through to resolution.
• Implement, monitor, refresh, and execute disaster recovery tasks for supported applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience.
• Intermediate to advanced RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) experience.
• Experience administering multi-platform OS environments (Windows and LINUX).
• Knowledge of web technologies including JBoss, Tomcat, and Apache HTTP Server.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Knowledge of LDAP design, implementation, and networking.
• Working knowledge of Storage Management Solutions (SAN, NAS).
• Working knowledge of networking systems, protocols, and TCP/IP.
• Scripting experience in Puppet, PowerShell, Perl, or Python.
